A spectacular circuit to drive with corners coming in quick succession. Demanding maximum concentration from the driver. The Courbe de Pouas is as big as they come but every corner has something special to offer. The circuit has hosted six F1 GP's, including the Swiss GP in 1982. The first being in 1974 and won by Ronnie Peterson in a Lotus 72E.

First visited on the French Frolic trip in 2005, it's some 350 miles from Calais.

petrol pumpClosest Fuel Station
Fuel is available on site at set times. There are two or three petrol stations on the road between the circuit and Dijon. The Total at Talant on the N71 is open 6am to 10pm.
accommodationAccommodation in the Area
If just an over night stop then the Holiday Inn on the outskirts of Dijon is ideal. However, Dijon is a great town to explore and it's well worth staying more central. There are many hotels to suit all budgets. On our most recent visits in 2007 & 2008 we stayed at the Ibis Dijon Arquebuse which although basic is centrally located, about £40 a night and has excellent parking, especially for those with trailers.
