Facilities at North Weald are basic. There is a burger van
on site all day so plenty of bacon
butties and coffee to keep warm. Lunch is normally
taken in the airfields' restaurant
but there are also a number of local pubs for lunch. Toilets
are on site but there is no where to shelter if it rains so
please bring a jacket or brolly just in case.
Because of the lack of facilities the venue
is not a suitable place to take children and those under 16
will not be able to participate in car.
North Weald
is situated just off Junction 7 of the M11 – follow the signs
for Chelmsford A414 and after approx 1.5 miles from the M11 you
will come to a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and the
airfield is sign posted from there.

Closest Fuel Station Go right, follow the road
over the roundabout back to the High Road B181 and turn
left. Fuel on left just over a mile.
