Welcome to our
February newsletter. Feb is
going to be a busy month! For the first time ever we've a track day on every
Saturday and on the 20th we've actually got two on the same day.
With our first visit to Silverstone
this weekend sold out some time ago the month revolves around Bedford, Castle
Combe, Oulton Park and a great weekend for unlimited track time at just £125 for
TWO days when we visit Croix-en-Ternois and Abbeville.
2010
Calendar Updates
Along with the three new Goodwood
dates we've now confirmed our fourth day of the year at Rockingham on the
International Long this time in August. All Rockingham dates will be live in the
next few days along with the remainder of the dates showing on the events list.
With our April date at Spa selling
extremely well we hope to have a couple more days there this year. Other than
Donington for obvious reasons we're now only looking at extra Silverstone,
Snetterton, Cadwell and a couple of big Euro circuits but with over 80 events
already confirmed we really need your support so please spread the LoT word.
LoT Circuit Guide:
Arguably the best on-line circuit guide in Europe we're constantly improving
them. Over the last couple of weeks Jamie Stanley has re-written all the UK
guides with more of a drivers view to them. Jamie will start on the Euro ones
soon. LoT member Howard Smith has also worked out all sat nav POI's for the
French circuits and these have been added with instructions for loading them. If
you've anything to add to them please let us know.

Thinking of getting into Motorsport?
We've decided to continue with the
mini LoT sprint series that we've run for the last couple of years in
conjunction with Borough 19 Motor Club. Unfortunately B19 run events mainly in
the South East but for anyone wishing to get into motorsport this is an idea
way. There is no test required to obtain a race license and cars don't need full
safety equipment. 2010 calendar:
14th March – North Weald
18th April – RAF Honington
2nd May – Hethel (Lotus test track)
11th July – Debden
8th Aug – Hethel (Lotus test track)
September – TBC
