COVID-19 – updated 10/3/2022

We’ve now run close to 100 events since C19 started affecting events in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany and Holland.

As we move into 2022 most countries have relaxed covid rules.

As things stand we have no specific rules at any venue. However, we do still have some sensible guidance in place that can be found here.

In terms of a return to International travel please check the relevant governments website – these and other non-circuit rules are outside of our remit. Please don’t book an event if you unsure you will be able to attend – i.e. If current & forecast travel restrictions prevent you from travelling.

If we receive any updates on events or rules we will update this page, the affected booking page and post on the LoT forum. We do not expect any future events to be cancelled, as they haven’t been for a very long time now.

Where an event has been cancelled by the circuit we will issue a full credit note as a minimum. Where we (LoT) have taken the decision to cancel an event we will issue a full refund. Where an event goes ahead we will follow our cancellation terms if you decide to cancel. If you have tested positive for covid you must follow government guidelines. Please inform us as soon as possible, we will attempt to sell your place and if we do issue a credit in line with our T&C’s. If we are unable to sell your place then any credit would be at our discretion and upon proof of a positive test. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the original event, or 12 months after the last event we cancel due to covid whichever is later.
